How long does it take to make my order?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each item is made and packed with care, so timing may vary slightly during launches or busy periods.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to update something, please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order and I’ll do my best to help before production begins.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours. After that, your order may already be in production.
Shipping & Delivery
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking once they’re on their way.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship, depending on your location.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Sometimes USPS marks packages as delivered early. Please wait 1–2 days, check around your delivery area, and with neighbors. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out and I’ll help however I can.
Products & Materials
What are your Kindle inserts made of?
Inserts are printed on premium photo paper and are available with a glossy or matte laminate for added durability. Prefer no-laminate? No problem! Non-laminated inserts are printed on 110lb cardstock. They’re designed to be used under a clear case and can be easily swapped out.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! If you’re interested in wholesale orders, please reach out to us for pricing and details.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Stickers are made with high-quality matte vinyl and laminated for durability. They are water-resistant, not fully waterproof, and are best suited for Kindles, laptops, journals, and other smooth surfaces.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, I’m not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please reach out and I’ll always do my best to make it right.
